Refunds and cancellations
Cancel 7 or more days before the event for a full refund. Inside 7 days, we've already bought your puzzle, so we can't refund — but you can transfer your spot to a friend at no charge, or we'll hold your puzzle for pickup.
Transfers
Can't make it? Give your spot to anyone you like. Email us the new name up to 24 hours before the event.
Weather and event changes
If weather or a venue problem forces us to move an event, we'll email every registrant with the new date first. Anyone who can't make the new date gets a full refund.
Photos and video
We take photos and short videos at every event and share them on our website and social media. By registering, you're okay with appearing in them. Prefer to stay out of the frame? Let us know at check-in and we'll give you a sticker so our photographer knows.
Event day
Doors open 30 minutes before start. Late arrivals can still compete; the clock won't wait. Be kind, keep your hands off other tables, and judges' calls are final.
