What we collect
Your name and email when you register for an event, join the mailing list, or send us a message. For team events, your teammate's name. Payment details go directly to Stripe through Ticket Tailor; we never see or store card numbers.
How we use it
To run the event you registered for (confirmations, reminders, changes), to answer your messages, and, if you opted in, to tell you about future events. We don't sell or rent your information.
Who else touches it
Ticket Tailor (registration), Stripe (payments), Mailchimp (email list), Sanity and Vercel (website hosting and content), and Resend (form notifications). Each handles data under its own privacy policy. We may use Meta (Facebook) and Vercel analytics tools to understand how people find the site; these use cookies or similar technologies.
Every mailing-list email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops newsletters; you'll still get emails about events you've registered for.
Your choices
Email us to see, correct, or delete what we have about you. We'll handle it within a few days.
Event terms
By registering you agree to our event policies (refunds, transfers, weather, photos). Speed puzzling is low-risk, but you attend at your own risk and agree to follow venue rules and staff instructions. Puzzles are provided as-is; please check your box before leaving.
Photos and video
We photograph and film events for our website and social media. Tell staff at check-in if you'd rather not appear and we'll make sure you're left out.

If this page changes in a way that matters, we'll say so on the site. Last updated: November 2026.
